PARCEL 1 - Hayes County Non-Irrigated Quarter
Located on the northern Hayes County line is a nice non-irrigated quarter of cropland. The farm has Avenue 352 along the western side and Road 750 (County Line Road) on the north. The farm is gently rolling and the productive cropland soils are 52.3% Class IV Sarben loamy very fine sand with 3 - 6% slopes; 31.1% Class II McCash very fine sandy loam with 0-1% slopes; 16.6% Class III Jayem loamy very fine sand with 0-3% slopes.

PARCEL 2 - Lincoln County Home Place and Rangeland
Located on the southern Lincoln County line and Cecava Road is the “Home Place” of the Rose Cecava Farms. This Parcel includes a mix of hardland rangeland, non-irrigated cropland, CRP and an older building site.
There are approximately 310 acres of fenced rangeland with very good fences and pipeline water from the building site to two stock tanks.
In the northeast corner there is a 175+/- acre non-irrigated cropland field and a 35+/- acre non-irrigated field in the southwest corner.
