Offering 3 very nice parcels of non-irrigated cropland and pasture located in southeastern Frontier County NE about 12 miles miles northwest of Bartley or 11 miles south of Stockville, NE on Frontier County Road 399. Storm date will be November 30, 2021.

Here was an opportunity to bid and buy 3 parcels of non-irrigated cropland and pasture in southeastern Frontier County. Parcels are located in a very competitive farming community with solid grain marketing opportunities. Parcels will sold separately and will not be combined.

Access to each parcel is via County Road 399 with Parcel 3 also having access from County Road 401.

LOCATION: This very nice farm is located on the northeast corner of County Road 399 about 14 miles northwest of Bartley or 10 miles south of Stockville.

ACRES: Frontier County Assessor indicates there are 160.98 taxed acres. This farm includes 115+/- acres of non-irrigated cropland and the balance is unfenced grass and trees.
