Here was an opportunity to bid and buy 1 or 2 very nice pivot irrigated farms in southern Logan County. Both farms are located in a very competitive farming community with solid grain marketing opportunities with 3 -5 miles of the each parcel.

Commodity Marketing opportunities include the very close by Ag Valley Coop’s Logan County facility and Lincoln County Feed Yard (40,000 head). There is also Country Partners Coop facility south of Arnold, Andersons Grain at Anselmo and Midwest Renewable Energy ethanol facility at Sutherland.

The farms are located in the Upper Loup Natural Recourses District and have wells with static water around 140’ and pumping from 135’ to 180’.
