Parcel 1A of the Keith County Ranch Auction is the building site for the headquarters. This property has very good access off of Road East 80 and can be purchased as a separate parcel or combined with other parcels at the auction.

The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom brick home has had many updates in the last few years, including windows, roof and trim. There is a detached garage in the fenced yard.
